Kaffeeklatsches
Kaffeeklatsches are only available in person and require sign-up in advance at the Program Ops on the Upper Level near Registration. Space is limited to 10 seats per session and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be present to sign up and may only sign up for yourself.
Sign-ups will be available on a rolling basis according to the schedule below:
- Friday Sessions – no kaffeeklatsches are scheduled on Friday
- Saturday Sessions – signups are available Friday at 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Sunday Sessions – signups are available Saturday at 10:00 am until full up
Charles Urbach’s Colored Pencil Workshop
This Boskone workshop lasts about 2 hours. In the first 1-hour class our Guest Artist Charles Urbach describes the materials and discusses the reasoning and physical qualities involved with them. In the second 1-hour class, Charles demonstrates how to use the colored pencils to achieve the results that he produces with the pencils. That demonstration is a step-by-step process of material handling.
This workshop will run from 11:30-1:30 on Saturday in the Galleria behind the Art Show. It is offered to Boskone members age 13 and up, and is limited to 20 people. This workshop costs $20, which is paid to Charles at the start of the first class.
