MenuOur Science Speaker, Diego Patrimonio, has arranged to bring a “portable planetarium” to Boskone. This will be in part of Marina 1 on Saturday and Sunday. Talitha Hussey, Diego’s associate, will run the shows.
The show, Discovering New Worlds, will welcome you to the great age of searching for planets outside of our solar system! From successful planet finder missions CoRoT, Kepler, TESS and others, detecting alien worlds is no longer science fiction!
This is a 30-minute show, limited to 20. We ask that visitors are able to sit on the floor as space is limited. However, we can accommodate people who need chairs; we’ll have a chair and a spot
for a mobie at each show. All ages are welcome.

No one will be allowed in once the show starts. If you arrive late, you may be able to get a ticket to a future show on Saturday or Sunday, if supplies last.
At 1pm on Saturday, we’ll have a special planetarium show for kids called Visit the Solar System. This show is limited to children who are part of Dragonslair.
The portable planetarium is on loan from the Mid-Hudson Discover Museum in Poughkeepsie, NY.
