Areas, Hours, & Locations

Maps

Most convention activities are located to the left (Harbor Side) as you enter the hotel lobby from the front entrance, except for the following on Tower side:

Filk – Stone – Lobby Level
Kaffeeklatsches – Otis – Lobby Level
Consuite – Hotel room 1645

The hours listed below are for Eastern Standard Time (UTC -0500).

Access

Large Print Pocket Programs will be available at Information.

Elevators accessing hotel function space are in an alcove near the entrance to the downward escalators.

Preferred Seating for vision, hearing, or mobility-impaired individuals will be available in all program rooms. Several seats will be marked with “Reserved for Access” signs.

Boskone will not have ASL Interpretation available.
